It has thin and elastic bark and a crumb, which consists of carotene, sugars and other healthy substances. The crumb is very tasty and has yellowish-cream-colored or orange coloring.
This sort is applicable for all kinds of thermal processing, such as jerking and drying, and also using it in juices, salads and puree.
